How to connect the string lights and App?

1. Download the “Smart Life” App

2. Log in with your account

3. Turn on your lights, ensure select 2.4GHz network

4. Press and hold the on/off button on the control box for 3-5 seconds until the lights blink red

5. Add device refer to the user manual

Can I cut the light string to my desired length?

1. 100ft dot string lights kit can’t be cuttable, but there are 6 light strings and each measures 14.76 ft

2. Each strand can be disabled in length setting

How many light string segments can be connected?

1. 100ft can only be connected up to 6 light string segments

2. Note: excessive light segments may cause insufficient voltage for some light strings

Why some light strings don’t light up correctly?

1. Sometimes the number of light points will change after connecting the light strings in series

2. You can adjust the actual length via Smart Life App
