A: Bluetooth takes priority over RCA. To switch to RCA, restart the device or disconnect Bluetooth.

A: The middle position (12 o’clock) provides a flat frequency response.

Q: What type of DC plug do I need for the BT20A’s power supply?

A: The DC barrel connector dimensions are 5.5*2.5mm.

Q: What’s the upgraded version of the BT20A amp, and what accessories come with it?

A: -If you’re seeking the upgraded version of the BT20A, please consider the BT20A Pro amp. -In terms of accessories, a set of 24V/4.5A power cables and an instruction manual will be provided. Note: Remote control, banana plugs and extra cables are not included.

Q: Can you control the BT20A’s volume from a tablet or phone via bluetooth connection as I do not want to walk to the device to alter the volume. A: You can control the volume directly from the audio source via the Bluetooth connection.

Q:Sound quality is not good? A: – Ensure that all cables are properly connected. -Adjust the treble and bass controls on the power amplifier to achieve the desired sound. -Try changing the sound source, speakers and cables to test. Please use high-quality music input.
